C-012: Banya

Gregarious and bombastic, and pretty loud despite the peeping voice. Banya finds it easy to find joy in small silly things. Was a military grade demolitions expert before he retired. Has a different story for why he's missing his leg and a few fingers, but that probablt has something to do with it.
