Extremely rare, and comes with a lot of genetic issues. Lavender Maltese are often either sterile, or have low fertility. This coat color is absolutely stunning on a Kivuuli, but rarely seen.

Accents of lavender on a Kivuuli. It can be so extensive that it can make lighter colored Kivuuli almost look lavender. It doesn't have the genetic issues that come with a true lavender.
